2. How We Use Information
We use your information to verify your email address, generate your StrategyMap AI report, send verification, confirmation and delivery emails, provide support, prevent duplicate report generation, and improve the service.
3. Service Providers
StrategyMap AI may process information through third-party providers used to operate the service, including AI report generation, background job processing, email delivery, hosting, and report/session storage.
4. Sensitive Information
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, regulated health information, or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested through a secure channel. The intake is designed for business context, not confidential credential sharing.
5. Retention
We retain report/session tracking records for operational support and duplicate-prevention purposes. The default retention window is 30 days unless configured otherwise.
