StrategyMap Decision Sprint
Turn one report finding into a clear pilot decision.
A focused working session to pressure-test one workflow, define what a useful pilot would need to prove, and surface the human and technical gates before anyone builds.

Brief in five business days

The outcome
You receive one written Pilot Decision Brief supporting a go, no-go, or not-yet decision for a bounded 30-day test. “Not yet” is a useful answer when the workflow or systems are not ready.
The brief answers:
- 1.Which single workflow should be tested first?
- 2.Where does the current workflow break down?
- 3.What would make a 30-day pilot worth continuing?
- 4.Where must human judgment stay in the process?
- 5.Which assumptions, access questions, and risks need evidence first?
- 6.Who owns each next action and decision point?
